Summary

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customer's parts requests. Will need to identify the part and use the CZM part number to create a Sales Order, process in the system, packing and shipping the order out according to the customer's needs. Also will be responsible for the warehouse and all the process involved: receiving parts, processing order in the system, identify and store it. Position in Haslet, TX.

Reports to Branch Manager.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medium Microsoft Office knowledge
• 2-3 years mechanical experience
• English reading skills – must be able to follow directions and read product and part specifications
• Must be able to read equipment specifications including hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Some technical or vocational training preferred
  Operates forklift

Diagnose

• Communicates with customer to understand equipment needs & issues
• Identify parts customer is needing and find the part number

Customer Interactions

• Serves as a representative of the company at all times, communicating respectfully and professionally with customers
• Demonstrates understanding of customer needs and sense of urgency to get customer's equipment repaired in a timely manner

Preventative Safety & Security

• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results and minimize waste
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
