Manufacturing Engineer
Summary
CZM USA is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and continuously improve our advanced fabrication operations in Ellabell, Georgia. This role is central to the production of heavy structural steel components, including masts, frames, booms, Kelly bars, and related assemblies for the foundation drilling equipment.
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes across plasma cutting, press braking, robotic welding, and CNC machining — working at the intersection of engineering, automation, and lean production in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility.
